The desire for more Yin in our lives is clear! Our monthly Yin treats are back - one Friday a month, from 7.30-9pm, the ideal addition to your practice.
The Yin approach to our yoga practice gives us space and time to really slow down and get to know ourselves and our practice on a deeper level, while also being profoundly soothing to the nervous system.
Closing a Yin practice with Yoga Nidra is just the perfect icing on the already delicious cake :)
The yin poses, and the important resting time after each one, lower stress levels and enhance our self awareness, release tension in body and mind and build sensitivity to the more subtle sensations in our body. In short, yin is the ideal preparation for a special yoga nidra experience
