A true escape from everyday life
Over the weekend we will practice meditation (including an introduction for those who are beginners) and each morning we will have a gently challenging Yoga Flow class. It is so important to me that everyone feels included and catered for, so you will always be offered options on ways to make your yoga practice suit your body on the day, whether you need something gentle, or something challenging.
We also have a Yin Yoga class on the Saturday afternoon (pictured above). Yin Yoga is a passion of mine, and is a beautiful complimentary practice that balances out the muscle focus of our other strength focused exercises by targeting the connecting tissues in the body. On a deeper level, Yin Yoga is meditative and helps us to cultivate and get comfortable with our inner stillness and wisdom. This class is a real treat, especially after our guided hike on Saturday afternoon.
At the end of each lovely day in the Burren, nourished with your meditation and yoga practice, nourished by nature on your walks and nourished by the most delicious vegetarian food, you retreat to your luxury accommodation.
