I’m delighted to invite you back to the beautiful surroundings of Festina Lente this summer for a series of unique yoga class. Cocoon yourself in the stunning walled gardens for a meditative, gentle and balancing yoga and relaxation class - the ideal way to celebrate Bealtaine and start the summer season!
Before our Yoga session begins , Sinead our head gardener will also take you through a Horticultural Therapy Activity.
There will be light refreshments provided after the class, Tea from our Herbal garden. and refreshing summer fruits.
This special morning in aid of the wonderful Festina Lente garden and equestrian centre will be suitable for everybody, no yoga experience necessary.
*We do have some Yoga Mats available but bringing your own Mat would be advisable.
Dependent on weather - yoga will take place either outside or indoors in one of our chalets that offers a close up view of seasonal plant companions outdoors.
