Imbolc
the return of spring and the fire in the belly…
Finally the days are beginning to get a little longer, and the buds are starting to emerge from the earth and on the tips of the branches.
Imbolc describes the full bellies of the sheep and cows in spring time - full of life, potential, possibilities.
Allow yourself to be inspired by the courage of the flowers starting to peak up out of the soil, having gathered the strength they needed during the darker days they are now ready to come up into the brighter ones.
Remember though, that everything in nature goes at it’s own pace - unfurling and blossoming at it’s own unique time, without any pressure or judgment from the flower next to it.
I’ll be taking inspiration from this beautiful season in my classes over the next few months, embracing the anticipation and potential of nature in spring time, and finding joy in the little things.

I’ve been getting a lot of questions about whether and when there will be another Chakra Yoga CPD course and the answer is most definitely YES!

Upcoming Events
The Ahimsa Yoga Online Library houses a growing collection of yin yoga and yoga flow videos, guided meditations and relaxations. Classes are between 20 and 75 minutes long, with varying levels of difficulty and lots of themes to choose from so that you'll always have a class to fit into your day and mood. With new videos added each month you will be able to try new sequences, or revisit your favourites.
